Check your linear rails and verify that the rails are straight and that no shipping damage or manufacturing defects are present. These can sometimes come bent, so it's a good idea to check them.

Measure lengths of the rails and put two aside for the gantry installation that are as similar as possible. You can use these for your Y rails.
